- I'm sorry I'm always sick/under-the-weather...(I'm a sickly person but recently it’s been pretty bad...even for me)
- I'm sorry you've had to hear me whine and complain about all my ailments. (I'm sure it’s getting on your last nerve)
- I'm sorry I've been kind of moody lately. (I promise to get a firm grip on my emotions and tell them to play nice)
- I'm sorry if I've neglected you in any way. (I been pretty scattered brained this last week and I know you have a lot going on that I should be more attentive to)
- I promise that starting Saturday (Saturday seems like a fresh start kind of day don't you think?) I WILL go to GNC and purchase vitamins to build up my immune system.
- I promise that I will try to keep the whining to a minimum.
- I promise to work on managing my emotions so I'm not all over the place.
- I promise to be more attentive.
